Sam came to us looking for help with a lifestyle change and the goal of losing weight. We started by increasing her metabolism and creating a custom weightlifting program with some added cardio. She has worked hard in the gym and transformed her habits with food and nutrition. At this point she has lost 26 pounds and is continuing to work hard towards her goals!

14 week, 36 pound transformation! Colton did a "mock prep" to get his body dialed in and set himself up for a strong offseason with plans to compete next spring. His daily carbs didn't dip below 300g and he was having refeeds up to 600g of carbs per week. He takes his offseason just as seriously as prep, staying diligent, and pushing himself in the gym to make the most of high calories.

Kieran came to us about 5 weeks out from his show looking for some help dialing things in for the Idaho Cup. He ground it out for that last month and had an awesome transformation to get on stage. He brought home some hardware, and is ready to work on building some size and getting back up there next season.

Through custom diet and workouts he has been able to gain muscle and lower his body fat percentage. He has put in the work and is continuing to make great progress towards his first show!

Oliva also brings to the table the knowledge to help you work through an injury.  I had severe elbow pain during my workouts,and she discovered that although my elbow hurt it was my shoulder that was causing me grief.  We worked to loosen and strengthen the shoulder rather than quit working out altogether, and I am now able to workout and live without pain.

Not only was she the person I worked out with for a year, but she was also the person who would council me during times when I was struggling with meal plans, plateau’s and home/health/work life by offering alternatives and just listening.
