From general stretching and mobility techniques to soft tissue work and IASTM, we can give your body the attention it needs to keep you running like a well oiled machine.

about iastm

IASTM stands for Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation. It is a technique that uses tools to apply pressure to the neuromuscular connective tissue known as the fascia. Fascial tissue can become tight due to overuse or injury and can prevent you from being able to use that muscle properly. By applying pressure we can release the fascia and get you back to training and living at your full potential, pain free.
